Started her career in the family business in Sinaloa, working in packaging and exporting to the USA.

Experience in the agricultural sector and international marketing, with a focus on fresh produce logistics.

Dania Guzmán

Senior Manager, Produce at Walmart Sourcing, responsible for developing long-term sourcing programs for the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America.

Biochemical engineer from ITESM with a focus on responsible sourcing and sustainable business.

She represents Walmart on the Texas International Produce Association (TIPA) and is an advisor to the Retail Committee of the Fresh Produce Association of the Americas (FPAA).

She co-founded the Women in Perishables Industry Committee at Walmart Sourcing.

She has developed year-round supply regions in Mexico, prioritizing customer service and market satisfaction.
