Marketing and nutrition expert, creating innovative solutions to improve nutrition and health.

Over 12 years of experience in results-driven programs in the food industry.

Bachelor and Master of Science in Nutrition (Texas A&M and Boston University) and Registered Dietitian (RDN).

Adriana Corona

Communicator, author and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in human and business development.

Founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Diploma Program (2013), which has promoted almost a thousand small and medium enterprises.

Host of the radio program “Simplemente Adriana” since 2006, with high ratings and awards, including the Jalisco Peace Prize in 2019.

Author of 11 books, including “Economía infalible” (2018) and “Tu relación de pareja, tu empresa más exitosa” (2008).

Founder of SUMO MÁS, an online training platform for personal and business development courses and workshops.

Mónica Hernández

Consultant and management mentor with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, organizational culture, innovation and marketing, especially in sectors such as agribusiness, education and construction.

She holds a degree in Communication Sciences (ITESO) and a Master’s Degree in Marketing.

She also has training in Marketing and Tourism in Rome, Italy.

Certified Food Safety Auditor (BRCGS, 2023) with experience in quality, food safety and traceability certification processes.

She has been collaborating with ITESO Academy for 14 years and is currently working in the Business Incubator and as a mentor in incubation and acceleration projects.
